TCAC Bass Tournament - April 25th

On Saturday, April 25th., the Tega Cay Angler's Club had their first large mouth bass tournament on Lake Wylie. Four boats left from Nivens Creek ramp at 6:00am. and returned at the ramp at 2:00pm. Not many fish were caught but the fishermen had a great time on the water and a great day fishing. Mike Kost was the winner of the tournament with a catch of a 6 lbs.- 4 oz. large mouth bass. Including, he caught another 5 lbs. large mouth bass. All large mouth bass caught, were recorded and releases to protect the environment of these large mouth bass in Lake Wylie. Tega Cay Angler's club next bass tournament is scheduled for June 7th.
