TCAC Angler's Cookout

Dear Club Members:
Sat. May 23rd is the club cookout at Pitcaiarn Park in Tega Cay from 3:00 - 6:00pm. In addition to all the guys, we will need some assistance from the ladies for set up and take down. We passed a list around at the meeting for food. This is for members and their families only. Each guest that is not a member of the club should bring a side dish or dessert and a 2 liter drink. The club is providing hamburgers/hotdogs/paper products/charcoal. We are asking each family to bring a side dishes or dessert and a 2 liter drink. The sign-up sheet was passed around at the April meeting. For those of you not present at the recent meeting, please confirm by 5-19-09, and let us know what your bringing so can plan and buy the appropriate amount of burgers and hotdogs.
